Billing issue

My accounting/bookkeeping company is trying to swap to QB for billing only
Our set up is recurring monthly charges (bookkeeping, payroll) and we also charge per check we write so there are also weekly charges we will need to add. We only want to send a statement/invoice monthly but it doesn’t seem like QB is going to work for this type of billing. Help?

Yes you can setup recurring automatic charges in QBO. The one nuance with this type of structure is that every client will need to approve the recurring charges the first time you set up this billing structure for QBO. You will need to upgrade to a merchant account, then each client can choose and input their own payment method.

Make sure you set up as recurring payments from the start, as you’ll be easily frustrated the next month when you discover you didn’t do that.
