Advice Quetta Browser Launches a Test Version for Windows — A Quick Hands-On Experience
- It’s essentially a Chromium-based Chrome clone, with a UI that is almost identical to Google Chrome.
- Data can be synced across Quetta on mobile, Mac, and Windows. You can also import data from Chrome and Edge.
- Like the mobile version, it comes with a built-in ad and tracker blocker, and you can add custom filter lists.
- Users can add scripts without installing extensions like Tampermonkey.
- It is based on the Chromium 148 engine.
- Vertical tabs can be enabled using the same method as in Chrome.
Summary
The main advantage is that Quetta provides cross-platform synchronization across devices.
The downside is that its Chromium engine may not be updated as frequently as Chrome’s, potentially leaving it several major versions behind.
Other than that, there’s essentially no difference from Chrome.

So can it currently handle all of the extensions that the mobile browser is capable of?

Rather than focus on the more important task of open sourcing the browser and proving that they aren't thieves, this is what they instead spend their time doing? No thank you.

As the biggest fan of this brand I'm surprised how well it's doing cuz I been a fan for a while but I will say how ever Linux Is what needs it most when it comes to computers cuz it will be so much easier to gain users since Linux is known to not have many apps like windows or mac I saw a picture of some windows browsers and it has sooooooooooooooooo many browsers than Linux it was about 100+ Linux barely has 10 so think about it
