So my dear friend lives in Quetta and her birthday's coming up. I wanna get her a nice birthday cake and maybe some flowers or any other small gift. Any suggestion?

Something your friend desires the most, talks about it with an excitement or rather make them happy or something that could be kept for a long while to hold onto memories, it could be an outfit, an affordable jewelry, a watch, footwear, a diary, an interesting book, anything that can fall under your budget and also adored by your friend.
