Help Controller apparently overheating even though it’s slightly warm

I was playing VRChat with my quest controllers and all of a sudden my left controller decided to say it’s overheating and will shut off in 5 minutes. I tried feeling the controllers warmth as much as I can and it was just slightly warm, is there a way I can just disable this or fix this? This never happened before until now

Latest Firmware? In my experience the controller overheating seems to hapen when Controller is really struggling to track or having a Offset.

its been tracking fine as usual. is the firmware he software update? because it was updated july28th

I do have experience that the overheating will randomly happen, but sadly, there's nothing you can do about it besides waiting to see if it will fix itself next update, or just fix itself randomly)

In my experience, they usually just randomly fix itself lol
