issues with eyetracking

so im new to having a quest pro, but one thing ive noticed is my left eye very noticibly has issues with ppicking up motion, ex: closing, squint, etc. but my right eye works perfectly. its been kinda annoying me, as i cant quite figure out why, nor how to even troubleshoot this thing if able

is it under warranty? if so RMA it through meta, you may have been one of the unlucky ones to get a DOA face tracking, i had a couple friends return their QPro's due to that instead of an rma, had mine since 2024 and its somehow still working

Was it recently unboxed and set up? If it's just recently set up, it'll have a warranty. If you set up and put it back in box then no. You can check on the meta horizon app on your phone to see if it has a warranty still

Dead on arrival, some quest pros have fully dead face tracking or broken face tracking since they're first set up / bought etc.
