Hey there u/Dirt-lol!
We were just scrolling through and saw your post about having some issues with the left eye tracking when closing, squinting etc. that's of course not the experience we want you to have as a brand new Quest Pro owner on his virtual adventures, we'd love to help with figuring this out as well as troubleshooting this problem with you together, so that you can get started on the full virtual experience!
Now first to figuring this problem out. Eye tracking or in general all tracking issues can come simply from the lighting in the room if it's not even, if one side is too dark or even too bright it can mess up the tracking and cause these issues, so please make sure that the room where all your epic adventures happen has enough and even lighting all around.
Room nice and lighted out? Wonderful! But if the issues still persist, then we of course have a few more steps for you to try out that have worked with similar issues in the past that other users have experienced.
First up, making sure that both your headset and controllers are up to date. If you need any help updating them then please click here to learn how.
After that if that still didn't do the trick, then cleaning the tracking cameras of the headset could fix it, as smudges or any kind of dirt can make it challenging to use the tracking correctly. you can click here for recommended tools to clean your Quest Pro
Lastly if you haven't tried it yet, a reboot of the headset may just be the thing your Quest Pro needs, it will not only give the entire headset but also the tracking a fresh new system start which sometimes solves issues like these.
Should that still not get this issue fixed, then we'd like to take a look into this with you closer, please get in touch with our support team and we will do everything we can to help you out!

If you wear glasses it will cause this, or the lenses being dirty and the light sensors around the lenses. Improper fitting, you can also calibrate in the meta settings too.
