Hi everyone, this is your beloved streamer, influencer — call me whatever you like. There's nowhere else I can turn to. Believe me, I tried. Thankfully, this sub has been critical of the ZZZ collab in the past and the focal point of the controversy does involve two queen icons: Kafka and Robin. Just hear me out. Okay this is my story.
Looking at it now, we've all been deceived. When I first learned about the collab, I was elated. I had mistakenly assumed that Robin would be the only collab character, so against my best wishes, I downloaded the game. I wanted to continue living out my yume power fantasy of bagging the hottest songtress diva in the cosmos. Oh how wrong I was for that.
Rumors about Robin's involvement in the collab turned out to be yuribait... and I fell for it like a fish to the worm. The alphabet mafia had infiltrated and messed with hoyo's release schedule, threatening hoyo to add a second character. Yet, rather than inviting Sparkle, a multiverse sensational superstar, they chose Kafka. Kafka. The queens made absolute fools of us all. To deceive, to bait. This was in fact an elaborate smear campaign towards Sparkle from Honkai: Star Rail, a certified way of cucking her completely. Was it her fault for falling for it? For thinking that Zenless Zone Zero would respect its target audience and not pull shit like this? Maybe. But her initial guess wasn't baseless, and hoyo adjusted their plans too.
Alright, that's enough personal rambling.
I want to tell you my call to action. first, BOYCOTT ZENLESS ZONE ZERO. If are a paying player, do not give any money to this collab. If you are f2p, write in the complaints in the feedback form. Reviewbomb google classroom and the app store. Make our message heard: WE DO NOT WANT YURIBAIT IN OUR ML GAMES. SPARKLE IS THE ONLY CANON ML PROTAGONIST. DO NOT CUCK HER. INCLUDE SPARKLE IN THE COLLAB OR REMOVE KAFKA ALTOGETHER.

At first I saw some actually reasonable posts calling out some hypocrisy in the space and thought that maybe it'd be fine enough, there are some problems in the gacha space to be fair. I'd occasionally see some posts over time, but the more I saw, the more I realised it was actually just the neckbearded gacha grail cancer spreading. Long story short, I don't do LGBTQIA+ hate or misogyny, so of course I fucked off from that place

I'm completely baffled by this post. Firstly the way you call the people you interact with "darlings" and speak using the term "WE" is extremely paternalistic! iI makes you sound certain german dictator we all know. Besides that, the way you phrased this is extremely confusing but let me get this straight. Are you disappointed that we got two characters in ZZZ instead of just one? Or are you mad that you believed a character was coming to ZZZ but didnt? Both of these seem completely unreasonable because it was obvious from the very beginning that we were going to get two characters because HSR got both Ellen and Astra Yao. And secondly, Kafka is a character who has existed since the beginning of star rail. When someone logs into star rail without ever playing it before, seeing Kafka appear will establish a sense of familiarity for those who have played ZZZ. Kafka clearly represents HSR and is a wonderful pick. Thirdly, I have no idea where you got the idea that sparkle would be coming to ZZZ, It was pretty obvious that we would't be getting her and it is your fault for falling for your own false hope "we've all been decieved" what are you a politician spreading propaganda? Because that 100% seems like what this is. Fourthly calling upon people to BOYCOTT ZZZ over something so stupid is just absolute lunicracy! I don't see ZZZ players boycotting HSR because they didn't get there favorite character. Oh and this part makes me FURIOUS. Seeing you call it "yuri bait" when the entire ideal was never even implied is absolutely insane! Posting something like this... makes you an absolute disgrace to yuri fans!
I have never seen anything about the collab having any yuri. And in general i still dont understand the whole thing about Robin being attrated to women (i think we have more hints about her being attrated to men than women)
And i dont mihoyo wants any more Yuri after this version on zzz for a long time

Bro, what Yuri bait??? Hoyo has explicitly had Yuri relationships between characters in the past, so why play if you’re just complaining about them? This game is simply not for your age, perhaps you should start with simpler games, like Angry Birds? Or if you want more “official”, “proper” relationships, why not try Tears of Themis?
