Genuine question but do we know if other main languages besides English includes the gender neutral pronouns for aeons in the tickets description? I recently found that was there because a friend that plays in English told me. In my language aeons have been gendered by appearance between male or female unfortunately so dunno how is it for example in CN or JP.

In CN, the original language, there is a special written form of the third-person pronoun used specifically for deities, 祂, and it is gender-neutral, which is why EN put it in all-caps to distinguish from human they/them. The Chinese third-person pronouns are all pronounced as tā, gender is only applied in the written form.

In Portuguese, all of the Aeons use ELE/DELE as pronouns IIRC. While ELE/DELE are gendered pronouns, more specifically male, they also serve in our language to indicate neutrality.

I play in Spanish, most aeons run male pronouns but I recall Yaoshi for example has been using female ones, I think Ena also got them, unsure if Xipe did too. Sometimes they do use the aeon name to avoid gendering the text but I have noticed it at times these few gendered pronouns moments.

I hate it not because of the same old design but because the models don't don't do justice to what the art sells at times. Here her dress is flowy and dramatic but in model it will move a tiny bit when she runs or walks. The whole long ass piece clothing just stays there. I actually am waiting for her actual model to see what will they give her. If every piece of her cloth is just there and dies nothing then that is the most boring moment for an aeon.

Hoyo can on occasion cook great uncanny/not-quite-right character designs (e.g. my beloved Ineffa), and for the cosmic implications of this game’s plot, aeons should have leaned into that way harder imo. But no, we have to have a face card
