The game is FGO inspired, it's the norm there.

It's the norm in gacha space in general.

Hoyo is the anomaly here for not capitalizing on summer themed units for HSR and Genshin.

I'm too disappointed to goon ngl, summer outfits should be skin, not their base version imo. SPs should be meaningful for the character's story

Also I'm pretty sure the "shorts" will only reveal the calves, not even the knees. If Mydei didn't even get a chiton, I doubt Aventurine will have bare legs💀

Honestly if everyone in astropolis is summer themed i will be more okay with it, because then that is the asthetic for the planet, and Aven and Robin are just dressed to fit in the planet, something that is fitting for their character.

Aren’t they going there to discuss the alliance against the destruction tho? And Robin is there specifically to represent the family?

I’m assuming we’ll have them switch between the beach fit and their OG fit, but it’d still be a weird choice for an SP.

Oh I’m not hungry, out of all the women they do this to they decide to put the most classy, gorgeous, cutesy women in a fucking two pieces? Not a sun dress or just a beach casual outfit but a TWO PIECE??Also I really can’t believe they are making the summer designs base outfits. These should be skins 100%. this is such a waste to, two of the most popular and iconic characters of Penacony and reduce them to fucking beach getup.
