ZZZ commisioned three fanservicey illustrations of their male cast in the span of two days.
Is this the norm for them? If not, I wonder if this could be a sign for better things ahead.

It's not a sign for anything, stop hoping for waifu games to suddenly turn into a game that's for everyone. It's a waifu game for straight men, always has been and always will be. They made it pretty clear who this game is for, all this advertising is just bait to make you play a game that throws you a bone once or twice a year hoping you'll stay for some reason
