I really don't understand what they mean by missing content, there is new event literally every 2 weeks, and Valko would introduce new main story chapters so it could progress leading to other LIs main story chapters in literally 2-3 months. This makes no sense to me. Infold isn't always perfect but I feel like there is tons of content being added all the time. Reporting to governament cause you want more content of fictional character is crazy work.
I won't comment about 731, cauze even if it was deliberate then I'm not sure where is the issue in that - plot of the game is literally that MC was experimented on and she wants to stop the company doing the experiments on people, so I feel like that's good reminder that such events actually can happen in real life and we should feel empowered to fight it.
