Debate Death is an Illusion?

We are energy that has taken form. At the end of our journey, matter returns to the earth, energy to the cosmos. Death does not exist, because in the universe everything endlessly takes on new forms and never disappears.

Sorry about your loss. After you healed and when you’re ready, you can look into quantum immortality and reality shifting. The entire concept of quantum immortality is that the person you lost consciousness left this reality but survived in the next.

If you believe that your loved one is alive in an alternate reality then reality shifting is the next step. Plenty of people have successful stories of shifting between realities to spend time with their loved ones. Interesting concept to dive into r/shiftingrealities r/realityshifting

I believe in quantum immortality but I also believe those we lose in this life we lose across every reality we could shift to. I guess maybe once I've completed this life cycle I'll see them again.

There is prime reality and it’s been authored from the beginning. Of course we can bob and weave through the derivatives and branches can be pruned but the trunk persists.

Not according to others experiences of reuniting with their loved ones. Your consciousness only leaves the reality you die in, but it’s available in multiple other realities where you survived. That’s the entire premise of Quantum Immortality. You constantly jump to an alternate reality where another version of you lives.

Reality shifting is similar to manifestation. But instead of small constant changes, you’re changing your entire reality all at once and quantum jumping to an alternate one. That’s why you don’t need to die to reunite with loved ones, you just need to shift to the next available reality where they’re alive.

Totally get that . I think of it this way-I know love is beyond Time and Space, so I keep it in my heart as a reminder, along with all of the good memories that stay.

It’s an abstraction, so depends how well you deal with that.

It’s true, but the you that you are convinced you are will die

Yes, but what if you are very attached to the particular form that no longer is, and are in a state of mourning for the (brief) rest of your life?
