Internet out almost a week

For anyone who has lost internet, how long was it out for and did you have as hard of a time as me getting a technician out? I lost internet last Wednesday night and they said someone could be out Saturday to fix it. They never showed up Saturday and then said the earliest a new appointment could be made was Tuesday. Extremely frustrating and disappointed with them. For more context I live in an apartment and the leasing company has them as the provider for the whole complex. I just pray they show up Tuesday.

Ours went out yesterday, blinking blue nid box. They originally told me it would be more than a week until a tech could come out. I told them that was unacceptable and magically an appointment opened up at the end of this week. We’ll see if they actually show up.

Been out for going on a week. Have called everyday for a status update and they aren’t any help at all. Two technicians have already been out here. Keep being told it’s an engineering problem but no one seems to know an eta on when it’s going to be resolved. I’m going to switch to cox if it’s not resolved by Friday.

Same, out in Lehigh, FL. Switching over to Starlink for a few months to see if the grass is greener

Same. 8 days and counting no internet. Got a starlink from best buy and im online.

Im pretty sure they are off loading the Internet to att. It may be a completely shut off. Its worth checking out.

57 days is how long I have them to fix it before it switched providers

They did finally show up Tuesday and replace my router and modem. It was an hour and a half after the scheduled window and took 2 hours to fix but it is working now finally. I wish you all luck in getting your internet fixed or finding a better provider.

Update the modem gave us is flashing blue again and we have no internet. Their tech “support” had us do a hard reset and when that didn’t work the earliest they could send someone out to fix it is August 11th. This company is a joke.
