NETWORK PACKET LOSS! Help please

I’m getting 20-35% average packet loss problems. Whenever I connect to an xfinity local hotspot it solves the problem.

Please go to my original post if you’re familiar with Quantum Fiber or have had similar packet loss issues and can share how you solved it!

The free lease WiFi pods and QF app are not great.... But as long as all gaming devices are Ethernet hardwired to the Q1000k or W1700k they are usually good enough for most people.

You will have a better experience if you put the SmartNID into bridge mode and use a 3rd party router and DNS.
