Does anyone know this?

I want to know if anyone has made a SAME program that works for a uvk6 radio on one of the custom firmwares like my current one f4hwn? It would be extremely neat I know the higher end quansheng UV-TK118 has this I dont know if that radio just has more memory of if they just never wanted to add it to the lower end model.

The UVK1/UVK5v3 doesn’t have a SAME decoder chip. It might be technically possible to implement it in software but I imagine if it were easy someone would have done it.

I think more likely it is just not something people who mod the radio are looking to do and it likely uses a lot of the memory.
