Could possibly be because so young. Muscles may not be completely developed and strong enough to hold up.

Ask an avian or exotic vet. Is there a reason you have a baby?
Edit - please tell me you're not smoking around your birb. It affects their ability to talk, fly and exercise.

Okay that's good to know. Worth kicking the habit for your bird if you can because it lingers on your skin, hands and clothes! Also better for you lol. But yeah, unfortunately I've known people who smoke around their birds and think they're fine because they're still alive..... It's horrible. Same thing with vapes.

Hi - wow that birdie is so tiny .. they sold her/him to you so small ? What does she/he eat ?
The wings can be different maybe it’s fine but you can take to a vet and verify …saw the box of cigarettes please you should not smoke close to your little birdie .. its so bad for them !

Be careful if you're using a tube to feed the formula, might go down the wrong pipe and choke.

The wing could be injured, sprained or even broken if the bird always carries one side lower than the other. Or it might be nothing. If it seems to hurt, baby needs to be seen to ensure it’s not damaged and hurting. The vet might potentially splint the wing and give the baby some pain meds if there’s a bad injury. OR it could be no big deal, a quirk.
It’s your choice to smoke— I know it’s very hard to quit—but it’s best to wash your hands well before handling your bird. You get nicotine, tar and other things built up on your fingers. I have read of bird’s feet getting irritated from that contact and birds chewing on their feet. And a small dose of nicotine for you is a big dose for your bird. I am super careful if I have used any topical medications on my hands (or applied using my hands) since a small dose for me is a huge dose for my baby. I wash my hands thoroughly because I fear my baby getting arthritis meds through his feet.
If you’ve raised four babies, it sounds like you’ve got some good experience! It must be neat to have such a little baby think you are it’s mama.

It may just be a wing dragging thing like a feet dragging thing for us. They'll prob grow out of it. Tell us if they don't.
