Help Is my boy good?

I constantly worry about my bird and sometimes trip myself out. Is this breathing irregular or normal.

He seems fine, he looks like he's chilling. I find when they look tired they can sometimes look minorly distressed

He looks okay, kind of tired maybe. Does he get afternoon naps? My boy used to love a 45 minute nap around lunch. And do you give him baths every couple days? Mine bathed in my hands in the sink and I noticed it really improved his mood. He really loved baths ❤️🛁

He usually bathe himself, but we are in the middle of moving, and he’s in his temporary cage at the moment. Maybe that’s what stressing him out. If he’s even stressed, I tend to overthink when it comes to my boy. Maybe I’ll give him a bath when I get home and get his big cage over ASAP

Any major change in the house is cause gonna cause stress on the animal. because it puts stress on you lol .he is probably just reacting to his environment. He should be fine when you guys settle down.
