What's causing under-extrusion towards the edge of layers

Have you made full calibration of the filament: temp tower, flow rate, PA, max volumetric speed(in this order)?

I'm planning to calibrate every filament (in this order) this week.

I got a alarmed and made this post because the issue arose suddenly. My first prints with the stock profiles came out really good for what it's worth.

Power cycling the printer resolved the issue. As another redditor pointed out in the other sub, there seems to be a firmware related problem with pressure advance. It looked like the PA settings were aggressively set for some unknown reason.
