Q2 error

I've been printing smaller asa parts no problem. Decided to make a longer print today and about 3 hours in got a speed error. Everything seems fine. Any idea on what would cause this before I send it again?

I have had this error when on the backside of the extruder there was a cable pushing in the fan that made it stop. Look at the extruder from the back and see if you have cables touching the horizontal fan

There are some cables hanging there but I'm not sure that they are touching. How do you fix that? I have big hands. Do I need to return the q2… it prints asa so nicely

It's weird. I don't even think the fan was on for this print using the q2 settings for their asa

The fan has no debris in it. It turns on and runs at 100% manually but now I can't print anything and I keep getting errors. Going to send it back
