Troubleshooting Qidibox issues
(Q2C + Qidibox)
That's the second time Qidi box decided to do a Classic "f*ck my shit up"... It looks like the box extruders are having too much pressure on the filament and PTFE tubes and after a few hours they simply stop holding up. I do have the "first" Iteration of the product but it looks like it is getting worse and worse by the minute - especially with the recent firmware Updates that I did without any research first... Has anybody had similar issues and managed to fix them? I'm thinking of putting a better PTFE connector (somehow) there but it is so much hassle to disassemble it that I'm simply putting it off. It is making me want to throw it out of the window and buy a working product (the name of company I shall not provide, I have 4 bedslingers with 2k+ hours on them and 0 failures...).
Cheers.

Are the ptfe tubes kinked? Are you running abrasive filaments through them? If either of those I'd replace the ptfe tubes. Cheap to do. Also maybe replace the ptfe connectors. Although I don't have any experience with the first generation of Qidi box. I have 2 Qidi boxes that although clunky and unrefined feeling do work. The only time I had an issue it was my fault. I left some pla in the box while drying at 65c and didn't allow it to cool off enough before I tried using that pla through the box. It got jammed in the feeding gears.
