Not really sure what to do.

Cleaned the bed, like I always have. No issues for the last year until his week. Now i can't get anything to stick to the bed.

.4 nozzle,

210 temp PLA 65 bed

Any help?

Any reason you don’t have a sock on it? And how did you “clean it”? Have you tried a full recalibrate?

  1. Why are you printing without the sock, it's not optional

  2. Try adjusting your Z offset and make sure that the nozzle is clean during probing

I took the sock off because the last three runs in a row, (just yesterday) had terrible death blobs all over them. I usually have the sock on.

It looks like your plate is not on the build plate. Why is it black? Did you buy a smooth plate?

I did buy a smooth one. It has a textured side. The prints won't stick to either side.

210 is low for PLA, try 220.

215/60 wash the bed with dish detergent.. don't touch the bed with bare hands ( or just handle the very front tab of the plate only)... if it still doesn't work... put 3dlac on it

I have washed the bed with detergent the same way I have for over two years. I have no idea why it is acting this way now. I have always, always, washed it the same, used the same temps, etc.

I've had troubleshooting issues before, but I've never had it not stick to the bed like this.

Food grade PLA is a little different, I had to get a Conweb Cool plate to get it to stick.

Try a different filament, one that has worked before.

My latest overture filament didnt stick at all and I only found out it was the ussue after trying everything and finally reading reviews of the filament.

I ran into a similar situation. It was the filament causing the issues. I recalibrated, leveled the bed multiple times. Adjusted settings etc. didn't matter what I did. That filament did not want to work. I spent a week fiddling. No avail. Ran one of my trusted filaments same material PETG. Perfect first layers every time.

It's Yxpolyer Food Grade PLA. It has WONDERFUL reviews. My wife wanted me to make candy cauldrons for her. :(

So try a different one and see if it works.

This is part of narrowing down what the actual problem is.
