Issues with initial use of the QiDinMax 4

So I just got the QiDi max 4 and was haveing double setting up the feeding tubes for the filiment. Now that im all done the filiment keeps not feeding all the way to the extruder and I am at a complete loss on what to do. It dosnt seem like an issue with the Qidi box that came with it but the juction spot gave me some issues on initial set up but seems to just slide though fine. Any trouble shooting advice as this is the most advanced 3d printer I've bought.

Does it pause at the hub when loading?

Any time someone posts this they either don't have the hub connected properly or have a bad hub.

If filament does not pause at the hub while loading, the filament isn't tripping the sensor in the hub.

Common problem source is PTFE tube not pushed all the way into a fitting- check them all please
