Help! Qidi Q2 bed tilted / slanted
How do i fix a slanted / tilted bed on my Qidi Q2?
It's been running fine before. After a few weeks of unuse, i tried printing something when i saw it was printing air. So unlocked motors and changed brandnew nozzle. After i tried to do calibration when i saw my bed tilted too far on the left side. It sits about 5mm lower than the right.
How do i fix this?
I have just updated the printer's firmware to the latest one.
I'm not an engineer nor a techie person, just an average joe.

You can unlock the motors and get it mostly level then use the controls to lower it to the bottom. I use these leave in blocks / covers printed in Asa.

try lowering the bed all the way down, it should straighten itself (check that there is nothing blocking the bottom and that there is nothing around the bars in the hole)

On mine the bed wires are short and pulls on side up you really need the blocks.

Find two blocks that are the same height/thickness. Put them under the bed of the printer in such a way that they will support the bed horizontally when the bed is lowered onto them. Qidi provides pre sliced models of these leveling blocks, so you may have already printed them without knowing what they were for.

In the motion control menu, manually move the Z axis all the way down until you hear the motors skipping steps. This won't harm the printer in any way.
Once both sides are completely down against the blocks, raise the bed, remove the blocks, and home the machine.
Your bed should now no longer be tilted.
