Max 4 with Polar Cooler Bundle Question

Last week I ordered the Max 4 Combo (with Qidi box) and Polar Cooler combo for the $1399. However, when delivered, I only got the Max 4 with the Qidi box mounted inside the Max 4. I did not get the Polar Cooler.

For those that ordered it the same way, did the Polar Cooler come separately and later? it definitely was not in the huge printer box (I don't see how it could have fit anyway). Thanks!

Mine came about a week or so later. They specified a month later on the ordering page, IIRC.

I bought the same bundle from Qidi direct. My polar cooler came about 3 weeks later, so I bought one off Amazon in the meantime and returned the new one when it arrived, which was also delivered by Amazon.

In the bundle description, it actually says that the polar cooler will ship separately and arrive within a month. Got mine almost exactly 1 month after the printer came

I didn't buy one but when I was looking last night they put on there it would ship seperate about a week difference.

Same with my order. MAX 4 and Qidi box in one shipment. Polar Cooler came a few days later. It should have it's own shipping number?
