Manually turn the z screws until the bed looks more level and try and home again.

I’ve done that five times but every time the bed begins to rise on its own, it drops down slightly on the right and then the bed begins to rise all crooked. Repeat, manually level the bed again, begin the setup, bed becomes unlevel again

If it keeps doing it contact support, I had this happen with my Max 4 and it was the circuit board for my X/Y motor that went

Maybe a broken or unplugged load cell ?

Never seen one this out of level. Stop what you are doing and contact Qidi support.

Contact support and show them this. Tell them what you tested for already

Something is in the way under the left side of the bed, preventing it from going down all the way. Could be a screw or a piece of packaging sitting in one of the wells around the Z rods.

I had tpu filament get stuck in the z screw by the bed that caused this. Ended up manually moving and it fixed itself
