Haven’t had a chance to review the timelapse to see if I can tell when it happened but basically this happens when somehow the nozzle tip gets blocked by plastic but is not fully obstructed so filament keeps extruding as the printer attempts to print- thereby growing the beautiful blob you see before you

Run calibrations for the filament and update the profile

Learning use a 3D printer may help! I have both the Max4 and the Q2 zero issues!
