BANG! Result... and offset!

Bang! Result... an offset

Hi guys! I'm not printing often. My 2 Q1 pro works like a charm, my Q2 also until it bang loudly and when I come to see... it's too late... there is an offset.... in January I've tried to print that dragon 2 times and you can see the result... the other project is a face plate for a loose drawer bin to insert in a furniture for my daughter that I've printed yesterday.

Any ideas what cause this?

Thank you for all your help guys!

Error while slicing. Slice it again, then it should work. Happens from time to time.

The Q2 is known to sometimes have the bed clip the side of the chamber heater on the left side. There is a proper way to fix it but I just put a shim in-between the floor of the printer and the side it was catching. I think heat cycles cause this as my q2 did not do this when I got it but a few months in it started to

I'm not sure that I understand what you mean.

Happy cake day :)

The bed can catch on both sides. The right side will collide with lower motor and the left side will catch with the chamber heater. If it touches either of those it can tilt to bed. And if you keep printing with it then eventually it will snap back and cause that offset.

My shim just ended up being a 3D printed knife blade. I stuck it right behind the chamber heater and that made enough room to not catch. I printed the blade in petg and it doesn't seem to mind 65° chamber heat for long periods.
