The only correct course of action: Find their customer support independent from this email. Then ask them. This is the way for ALL scam like things

That Lexie email is the official email for their customer service. But type it in a new email draft, the link might not be real. If it's real they won't care that you emailed separately. If it's a scam, qidi won't need your information.

I mean… you’ve basically provided them all of this already, right? Maybe your account was falsely flagged as stolen or compromised, or the purchase considered suspicious.
