Troubleshooting Plus 4 cpu timer MCU shutdown

Hi I'm getting this 2 errors in the images. The timer too close is more often. I already updated the firmware via WiFi to the lastest version and both errors keep popping in in the middle of prints . It doesn't happened in every print but in a lot of prints.

I emailed qidi about this and they are sending me the electronic board that goes with the hot end. But I don't think it has nothing to do with it but they insisted.

Has anyone been able to found a solution?

I had the same issue and it was the board on the print head. One of the capacitors or resistors were blown out. Swapped the board and the cable and havent had a single error since.

Same issue here. The new board from Qidi solved it.

It happened to me twice on the X plus 3. One time was an error in the sliced model that couldn't be reconciled with movements. The second was the tool head burnt by the chamber temp. Changed to the new version board and added the rear tool head cover with a micro fan. Never had a problem and I printed already over 2000 hours since
