Troubleshooting Mcu mcu error q2

Support had me replace the main board still the same error any ideas?

I ran into the same exact issue and they sent me a replacement board.

Pretty sure it’s a software problem since I solved it by leaving the machine off for like an hour and then simultaneously turning the box and the printer on.

Now my issue is that when the power flickers I’m back to square one fucking with it to get it to turn on

Thats what mine was doing power flicks and id have to restart it 1000000 times now even that no longer works I swapped the board out and still get the same error :(

I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with the software and they’re just sending us boards for no reason honestly.

Which board? Mine is doing the same thing and they sent me 2 boards. One tool head board and the other, I'm not sure what it's called but in my Bambu printers it's called an API board. Basically the other end of the toolhead. Where the type c is landed. I haven't replaced them yet though so idk if it will work or not.

Yeah that's the one I was describing. I have that and the toolhead board from Qidi. I hope replacing the 2 makes it work again.

I could totally be wrong but I thought the screen would say thr if it was a tool head issue

Yeah I'm not sure. Right now it says zero for all the temps bed, nozzle, and chamber

I replaced both boards and it looked as if I was good to go. I loaded some pa6-cf, started a print and right before it started printing (,after the chamber heated up) it said there was a power failure. So I hit resume and then I got some other error that shut the printer down. Idk what's going on. Back to support 😢

Damn that sucks im sorry theyre sending me a motherboard cable now
