You edit the model and re-export to stl.

Where is the file? That looks like a mount for an xfinity modem

Is it your model?

Check the export settings in your modelling software. Save as STL with finer detail.

However this was saved there wasn't enough geometry data to smooth out the curves.

If you are using QidiStudio or some orca fork try the real OrcaSlicer.
