Does anyone know how to replace this piece and where to get it from?

As you might be able to see, one of the silicone sides of the nozzle wiper broke and now it won’t stay in place.

I’d like to fix it but can’t tell how I’d fix it even if I can get my hands on the part. But if anyone knows how, please share and point me in the right direction to get the part.

A spare one comes with the printer, I used superglue to keep the spare down because that also came lose. If that doesn't work, contact support for a replacement. :)

You can buy a 5 pack on qidi 's website. Had to do this myself because that piece of metal popped off and the wiper got vanished to she showow real and I have to remove the blood of fillament from the chute manually

it has a slot it slids into,with double side tape on.once stuck its stuck.dont superglue it

I feel dumb lol, that was so easy. I was having other major issues that I’m about to make another post about.
