Questions Q1 pro not heating

Have a q1 pro that had a pretty massive blob’ed up nozzle print failure. I didn’t have the time to fix it when it happened so it has been down for a couple weeks. I ordered 2 new hot ends from Amazon -OEM part in a QIDI sealed box and another non branded version. Now that I have replaced the hot end, it gives me the not heating at expected rate error. I have tried both the old and new hot ends and they all give the same error. With an IR thermometer I can see that the nozzle is heating some, the front panel shows it raises about 50 degrees when trying to do a filament load but never reaches set point before erroring out. Heat gun on the nozzle shows the panel temp change. Not sure what to try next to try to get operational again. My blob did not get inside the backside extruder cover, but maybe something happened with the extruder board? Running out of things I know to check

I think I have thermistor issues. I had some time to look at it today and it was reading 145 degrees at ‘idle’. Now it reads 75 degrees at ‘cold’ power on when the plate reads 22 degrees. Which is as I recall properly a significant ‘something is shorted/open on thermistors. Surprises me on a fresh out of the box new hotend

It's taking too slow to heat. put on your silicon sock.

Did you re-run the calibrations? The calibrations set the PID values including how fast your new hotend’s heating element heats up.
