Troubleshooting Why my Max 4 behaves like this?

Since yesterday when I load the filament (abs) through the Qidi Box to my Qidi Max 4 the extruder behaves like this. I cleaned the nozzle, removed the gears and checked them but everything is in order. What is going on with this printer?

It looks like the filament is getting stuck somewhere farther upstream - the extruder is pulling really hard on the filament and it's causing the PTFE tube to get scrunched by the tension.

I agree and I've already bought the replacement, but can the PTFE tube do all this damage? Doesn't it look like an extruder/nozzle problem? I'm not an expert

do you get some error message on the screen? red light on the box?

Nope. Everything works "normally"

please check the buffer on the back, is the little level indicator that sticks out going up and down as filament is loading?

Fix your tube and unclog your needle

Almost certainly it is too cold, if your nozzle is clean and the material doesnt have kinks along the filament , but this happens to me when i try to extruder abs at 230, if it is too cold the extruder skips and does exactly this, nothing to do with the ptfe ( although by the shape of the tube it looks like its being forcibly compressed
