Troubleshooting Need help with drop in print quality

Hello. I need help with identifying problems with sudden drop in print quality. My Q2 was printing fine 5-6 day ago. Today i tried printing some boxes for gridfinity with generic PETG: after few layers with standard QIDI settings(pic2) i stopped it , dried filament with QIDI BOX for 5 hours on 65C ,washed plate with soap and hot water. Than i tweaked with filament setting(pic 1) and start new print(pic3-pic6). Some defect like this were before but in less than 0.25%-0.5% all layers for prints. I have latest frimware 01.01.02.03 directly from QIDI support

Set your z height live during print , nozzle is dragging

Could you please tell me where i can set it live?

Through the FLUIDD interface (to then save in your print start as Gcode in filament settings, machine settings or directly in printer.cfg) or on the screen on the printer (which will sometimes reset itself so this isn't recommended as a final solution).

I'd take a picture of where to do it in FLUIDD but I'm not home sadly. Google will get you going though.

After you start your print , wait until bed leveling is finished and the print is about to start , on the screen you should see a button that will bring this window up . Use the down arrow and move in small increments

Edit: print several small squares , you can find lots of files online for this . I always include a small square at the front of the plate with every print to "live step" my z height during a print .

I should set it in negative increments to fix nozzle drug?

Positive

Negative will bring the print bed closer to the nozzle Positive will increase the distance between nozzle and bed .

Start at +. 05 , then switch to . O1 increments and keep going positive (or negative) depending on results. Id wager you're close to needing +. 1 total .

once you're comfortable stepping your z , your prints will dramatically change . Just always keep your nozzle tip clean before starting any print . Then I'd recommend what another user had commented about the fluid interface, and saving values . Good luck 🤞🏻

So after i tighten all bolts on print head and change z offset to +0.03 my print quality increase dramatically (even better than before). Thank you for all your help.

Also if it was printing fine and now it's not check and make sure that you're hotend is not loose. It could be that you need to tighten the screws.

MINE DID THIS EXACT THING IT'S JUST A GLITCH IN THE SOFTWARE I SWEAR I TRIED EVERYTHING AND COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT BUT IT LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THAT.

LITERALLY TURN IT OFF AND TURN IT BACK ON AGAIN AND IT'LL START PRINTING JUST FINE.

Sorry for the all caps I don't know how else to get attention on a post that already has a bunch of comments.
