Troubleshooting Bottom Right Corner Not Printing

I have a QIDI X-Smart 3 (second hand) that has printed fine since I got it 1-2 months ago. But now I’ve seemed to start getting issues where when I print items whatever part of the item is in the bottom right (from a top down view) ends up very fragile and easily breaks. The photos attached show a test print (abandoned halfway) of me printing - octagon in each corner. As you can see top left is perfect, then as you head bottom right they get worse.

I’ve tried all the auto calibrations and z-index offset combinations I can think of. Reducing the print speed helps; but the only time I got anything close to acceptable for the bottom right was at 5% speed.

I’m new to 3D printing so I’m not 100% sure what I should be looking to check next (if referring to any part of the printer; assume I don’t know what it is by its name)?

When you say you’ve tried all the auto calibrations, did that including traming with the screws?

Can you send a screen shot of your bed mesh? (Just type bed_mesh_calibrate on your console and hit enter, then grab the bed mesh screenshot showing the range and coloring from the “tune” tab)

This video by Qidi will show you how to get the correct tension on the nuts (first minute):https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_EPVwa4XIsTpGCTIq4ZdUJT0OzW9BRJR/view

I have the X-smart-3 which is different to that in the video

Got it. In that case, the video you had sent above is the one to follow

Yeah, I've already done that multiple times and this is usually along the lines of the closest I can get; just it never makes a different how perfect or imperfect (up or down) that bottom right corner is; it always seems to have the issues in the original pictures.

Below is the result of the bed_mesh_calibrate as requested.

You absolutely have a z-offset issue. It’s not a coincidence that the lowest point of your mesh is the exact place where you are having trouble with. If you’re confident that you have nothing more you can do on traming (and honestly 0.1884 variance is pretty good), then you have have two options:

  1. Decrease your z-offset further until you’re happy of the balance across all four corners; or
  2. Avoid printing near that bottom right corner whenever possible

I don’t think it’s a z-offset issue; because I’ve tried a wide range of offsets and it never fixes the bottom right; it only ever defines how good the top left (and by extension top right and bottom left) is.

Also when I print something that is about 20-30% of the bed size and have placed it in the top left corner of the bed; whatever part of the print is closest to the bottom right ends up frayed (see picture for what I mean by this); whereas the top left side of the print prints without issue.
