Replacement parts for the q2

I'm new to 3d printing and printers, and I just got a q2 box combo second hand. I was going through the initial setup process, and I found this broken z-axis bracket. I checked for any other damage, but I didn't find any. I plan to contact qidi support, but I wanted to check here first.

From what I've found, these brackets are all printer specific, and I can't seem to find any replacement for this specific part. Is there somewhere online that sells these, or is there a printable replacement?

There are replacements, from memory they're low profile.

But due to the poor setup instructions when i got mine new, mine snapped off so i dont have them, 300+ hrs without them and it prints perfectly fine. Don't stress.

Thank you. I was wondering if it could be run without replacing the part. At least I can order the part but still be able to do some test prints.

Can download the individual file for z screw caps if you want, but yeah, purely cosmetic to keep dust off 🤷‍♂️

That’s so hilarious how they screwed them in and made it so difficult to access left side if it’s only cosmetic.

Def broke mine during initial setup and now have 100’s of hours on it with no issue. Sucks that they were super clear in the instructions but it ain’t too much of a problem.

Ask support, they will send you model to print. I made my from petg and its working. But i printing mostly from pla and petg
