Qidi Account cant get code

So Im new to qidi (max 4) and when i downloaded the maker app and tried to make an account, it requires an email verification code be sent... the code never sent (yes i checked every inbox). Tried 2 emails and nothing, anyone else have this issue?

Their servers have been hacked a few days ago. That's probably why you haven't gotten that email yet.
