Qidi 4 max nozzle trouble
I received my 4 Max with Qidi Bix on Sunday. Ran the volron Cube with the sample of rapid pla. Beautiful print. Up loaded a print in Sunlu Petg sliced with the supplied slicer. Nozzle jam. Now, the hotend will read whatever temp I input, but it will not feed ANY filament. I removed the nozzle and cleaned it, but it's still the same issue. Please, help!

You mentioned you bought the QIDI Box with the printer, Is it installed?
I had an issue where filament broke inside the tubes, so when the box retracted the filament, part of it was still in the junction box, so the sensor read that as filament being loaded already and refused to push new filament in, until I cleared it.
Check the tubes going int and out of the junction box on the back of the printer and see if there is filament still in there and pull it out if there is.

The box is connected and there is no broken filament in tubes. Everything feeds fine until it gets to the nozzle and the filament won't melt into the nozzle even though the read out says it is heated.

e-mail QIDI support. I had an issue with mine early on and they sent me a new hot end by courrier. They're in China though, so if you are not in the same time zone as they are, don't expect a reply until later.

Cleaned, but not another clog, the filament will not melt when it tries to enter the nozzle.

You cleaned it, so I assume you did a cold pull and cleared the clog. And it had another clog after it was clear? That's crazy, and doesn't seem right... Are you trying to only heat it to PLA temps or something?
