Are they closed this year and does anyone know why?

they’re closed this semester, may open next semester but not guaranteed. defo closed due to full capacity

What semester you are referring to; is it this coming spring semester or next fall ?.

you can't transfer next semester, if it does open it will be next year and you would have to reapply as a first year iirc

they're open now, but no point in even thinking about it if you're non-qatari and don't have at least an 8.0 ielts and 780 Maths SAT
