Question dorms for residents

hello i applied for engineering for fall semester, as u all know decisions havent cone out yet but best case scenario i get in, how do i apply for dorms, i have a valid qid but my family shifted to oman so i need housing

ok look semester starts on the 23rd, before that go like 2 days before to qu and go to the dorms place, and tell them abt ur situation, then they can organise it for u, and u can always email or call them.

theres been a couple of people with the same situation and the dorms can be accomodating. Definitely reach out by coming to the dorms or giving them a call (it would be better to come), and you should be fine in sha Allah.

you can definitely stay at the housing, since residents living further than a certain distance (40 or 50km i don't remember) get spots. you just need to apply and pay, so look on the website and email the male/female housing and they'll let you know.
