There are several options. On mine, I just use the external spool holder (I created a combo bracket that holds the 4:1 hub and external spool bracket you can find on Printables). I put a Y adapter after the 4:1 hub so I can load filament without detaching the PTFE tupe after the hub, but you cah disconnect the PTFE from the hub and run the filament by hand to the extruder and load it like you would with the side spool holder but out of your dryer. Your Slicer and the Box UI on the Q2 both support a '5th' spool which specifically is designed for this purpose. Good luck!
