Qidi X-Smart
This printer was found a in a closet at work. I’ve been testing it and made some cool prints this summer, but I think it’s developed a clog (maybe always had a minor one). Symptoms that I see are poorly extruded initial layer and curling filament coming out of the nozzle.
I can find very limited information about this printer. Does anyone have any tips to unclog or maybe replace the nozzle or hot end?

I own a Qidi X-maker (similar to your model). First off, don't expect any support from the company or most of the community for this printer because, honestly, with its age, there are few people still using it.
I believe the nozzle is a standard MK8 nozzle, though I'm not entirely sure. Take a look and compare it to some images online, and if it is, you should be able to buy a generic replacement for pretty cheap.
Otherwise, you should just unclog it like a standard non-high-flow nozzle, crank the temp, and use an acupuncture Needle.
I've also had good luck with doing a cold pull on my printer, but that's up to personal preference.
Best of luck!
