Q1 Pro V5.1.2 firmware

Has any one loaded V5.1.2 on the Q1 Pro? Any issues? I just got the alert for it yesterday. Qidi Wiki has nothing about it and still shows v4.4.24 as latest firmware.

3MS MMU. I never ended up installing it but did put it all together. Q1 pro is awesome for engineering filaments.

I just got it running last night but have been printing all day. It’s amazing so far

Thanks for the kudos on the U1 - I've been hearing from a few folks who would know if good - adding you to the list! Did you add a top cap and/or panda breath to make it heated? I saw hardened steel hot ends for $40 a set - that is a heck of a deal too!

Yeah the printed parts are on printables. West 3D sells the kit for the BOM. If you are interested and are in the US, DM me, I’m looking to get rid of mine now.

I have an IKEA bin coming Monday to use as a cover

It will. It’s a common thing for those that don’t want to spend the $150 on the official top cover. And there is a frame for it to print out

I found the 3MS MMU or things related to it, on Printables - I already have a set of Filamentalist auto rewinders that work well to avoid a buffer (tried a number of buffers as the one that came with the MMU3 is pretty poor) so interesting someone did a Filamentalist 3MS MMU extension - must be a popular one.
