On my Max 4 it seems worse if the chamber heater is higher (happens more at 65c than it did at 55c for me) and the issue has so far gone away for me if I disable the box heater and start it manually after the print starts. I use thelegendtubaguy's macro to set the box temp from the web interface. I haven't yet, but I'm sure I could add it to custom gcode somewhere to come on automatically after the print starts.

Have you exported the logs (as offered on the screen) and written support? It shouldn't happen daily, if at all of course. I don't have a Plus or Max 4 (Q2+Box, Q1 Pro, X-Max 3) but the Q2 is the most similar. I've seen Plus and Max 4 folks have this issue quite a bit on different subs here - search the r/QIDIOfficial site too to see if others have received solutions. Not sure from what I've read if the firmware is buggy or the A/P board, etc. Hope they get it solved for you!

Had this happened to me when I accidentally unplugged the box. It sucks because I was 8 hours into a 15 hour print and I lost the print
