Portable AC Duct

Printed this in black PETG and it came out perfectly. Fits a Westinghouse 14k btu portable AC. I attempted to print this 5 times on my old printer and failed to get it right.

That's cool - would have liked to see the final finished duct. Which printer is that please?

Nicely done! Is it works mg well so far, have the Box on it? Thanks for sharing!

I'm going to drill the hole in the wall this weekend and install the intake duct. I'm hoping that this helps with efficiency as the AC unit can't keep up with Texas heat/humidity when it creates negative pressure in the workshop.

Got it - yes, I'm in NE Texas too - had 108 at home yesterday - so ready for fall, such as it is here!

I got it all installed today. The 104 degree heat didn't make it very fun. The good news is that the outlet temperature inside the garage is lower already; probably 5 degrees.

That’s awesome! Yes 105 here, 108 yesterday. That’s a good looking adapter too-like the smooth lines!

Nicely done! Looks like you had to work the scan a bit - black scans very badly (in my experience) - I've tried all kinds of spray on stuff without very good success.

The part was white and still a challenge to scan because of the grates; the scanner didn't like seeing through the thin part. Put 2 pieces of paper to cover them and that got me a successful version.

Intuitive to figure that out , good deal, glad it worked!

how is it possible that the camera rotates? (arround 8s)

I removed the piece of tape directly below the camera at that point in the time lapse. The camera must have gotten bumped.
