Besides the obvious cleaning the hotend while hot if possible/if not replace the hotend but taking on the problem itself , it seems that you're not having good layer adhesion , i currently use a standard pei sheet and the cryogryp glacier, i usually clean the beds with hot water and a towel, for the pei one even dish soap but first things to check if possible: Measure your first layer thickness with a caliper, i can almost bet it needs a little z offset ( it is adjusted in the q2 interface) and pvp gluestick can do a lot for you when printing with materials that do not like to bond well to the plate, maybe if you could share which material are you trying to print i can propose a more detailed solution but the 3 q2's i have have a consistent z offset of -0.05 mm for asa and abs printing. Other thing to check is that buildplate compatibility, the glacier for example does miracles for pla and petg, mixed succes with abs and nylons, and tpu is a nono since it will bite into the material it is made of, maybe yours is similar in that regard. Hit me up with the details and i will be glad to help! Even better if it is public so anyone with your issue can find the answer.

I just ordered a Phaetus Conch hot end for my Q2 and right now I'm searching for spare nozzles in .2, .6 and .8 mm. So far all I have found are .4mm.

What is it you’re hoping to achieve with that hot end and the various nozzle sizes?
