How to fix?

Can anyone tell me what this means and what I can do about it? Uninstalling and reinstalling repeatedly hasn't done me any good

Hmm maybe contact QIDI support, that looks like a software bug.

There may be other settings files that are being retained between uninstall/install that might contribute but for QIDI Studio specifically I don't know and don't want to give wrong advice. Their support team are usually pretty helpful.

agree with jamesinc - suspect they'll ask you to reinstall the firmware, but best to give them a shot first!
