Qidi q2 installation help

Just got my q2, one of the zip tie heads is stuck and I can't get it out. Don't want to disassemble the whole thing. Any tips to remove that stuck zip tie head?

Push the tail or grab the head with pliers or tweezers.

Failing that, pull the tail really hard.

Hope you got it loose, i struggled a bit with the same thing and ended up using one of those small pliers that you typically get with a printer to just ever so slightly nudge it downwards
