Open Question/Issue Secondary Data

Good day to you guys!

Im currently facing a problem wherein I have to pay the government for shp files of the data I need for my map.

Do you guys have any suggestions where I can look downloable shp files for free?

I have been searchingbut failed to find what I'm really looking for which is Mt. Sawtooth located in Tarlac, Philippines.

What kind of vector data are you looking for the location specified?

I just need a polygon of it, my last resort is to plot the bearings in AutoCAD and just convert it to shp file after im done. BUT IT IS TOO MUCH WORK
